alFairings is always making everything clear before your purchase and gathered some of the frequently asked questions in one page to assist you get an in-deep understanding who you are dealing with, what you will get and what are the rules in this transaction with alFairngs.

Q: How long am I except to receive my order since the date of purchase ?
A: It depends on the delivery address.
US and Canada customers receive order in three weeks
Japan, Korea, Taiwan customers receive order in three weeks
Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines customers receive order in three weeks
Customer from EU and UK may receive the package in 3-4 weeks
Customers from other countries or regions, please contact us to get an accurate delivery date
Q: Can I order a custom fairing and if so what the cost will be ?
A: Yes ! You can order custom fairings with NO extra charges, just write your custom instruction in Custom/Order Notes text area and if possible click Reference Images button send us reference picture. When get your order, we will make your order as per your request. More step-by-step buying guide, please refer to How to Order Custom Fairing.
Q: Can i add or delete logos/decals on the fairings ?
A: Yes, absolutely ! You can add or delete any logos/decals on the fairing kit. Just write your request in Custom/Order Notes text area.
Q: How do you ship the fairings and do you charge shipping cost ?
A: We use Express to ship our fairings to most of the countries or origins with no shipping cost. If you get one message pop-up saying that the items in your cart can be shipped to your country, please contact us. We can help you to get this resolved.
Q: Why the description claims 22 pieces but the pictures don't show all pieces ?
A: The complete fairing kit comes with 22 pieces, including the main painted cowls as shown in the picture(s) and all some other small ABS trim plastics that may not shown in the picture(s). The pictures are color reference only. So, if you order complete fairing kit, you get full kit with 22 pieces as claimed in the description.
Q: Why is the status of my order saying " Awaiting Fulfillment " one week after my purchase ?
A: Each fairing is made to order and needs about two weeks to be finished. The status of " Awaiting Fulfillment " will not be updated before we ship the order. So, please don’t worry if the status of your order is not updated before shipping, Awaiting Fulfillment indicates that we start to proceed your order already but haven’t finished it yet.
Q: Should I pay import tax fee for my order ?
A: All the price on our site doesn't include import tax because the import tax policy varies a lot in different countries.
So, we are not liable to any import tax. Normally US is non-tax needed, for other country, please check with your local customs.
Q: Will your paint match the original paint ?
A: We can not guarantee our paint will exact match the original or your current paint. We do not have the same paint codes as the original manufacturer, we utilize our own paint formula to spray the fairing kit and each kit completed is provided “ As Is ”. This means the paint could have a variation in color.
Will color be exactly as I see on my screen?
Actual colors may vary. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor accurately portrays the true color of the product. By purchasing your fairings from alFairings you accept the variations that may occur between the actual color, and the representation on our website.
We try very best to provide the consumer with detailed descriptions and images of each complete fairing kit. We are not responsible for slight differences or minor changes; these changes includes but not limited to decal differences, slight coloring differences, positioning of graphics/decals etc.
Q: Are your fairings OEM fairings or aftermarket fairings ?
A: All fairings sold on our site are aftermarket fairings, not OEM or original fairings, We are not affiliated with Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Ducati, BMW or Aprilia. If you require original fairings, please contact authorized dealers. If these are desired they need to be purchased from an authorized dealer
Q: How about cancellations or returns ?
A: Here we are dedicated to making sure your purchase is a satisfying one! If there are any issues with your purchase please contact us so we can do what it takes to make it right and get you back out on the road!
Cancellations:
- Order can be cancelled without any loss in 24 hours after the purchase.
- Orders that are in progress are cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 30% restocking/handling fee. All orders are "custom" made at the time of purchase and cannot be fully canceled once production has commenced.
- Orders that have been customized specifically for an individually customer cannot be cancelled or returned as these are one-of-a-kind items for that specific individual.
Returns:
- Non-defects Fairings:
Returns are accepted. There is a 30% re stocking fee for all returned fairing kits without defects. Non-defect "custom" kits are not returnable, this includes but not limited to custom coloring, custom decal, adding or removing of decals, removing of colors etc.
- Defective Fairings:
If you receive a kit and there are issues such as paint or not fit, be sure to get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help replace parts.
All returned items must arrived in their original condition, un-mounted and free of defects. Return shipping is the at the expense of the customer
Q: Do I need a professional installer ?
A: This depends on your level of expertise. All of our fairings are made according to OEM SPECS and designed to bolt right on. If you have no trouble installing OEM Fairings then you should have no problem with ours. If you are not handy or have a mechanical background we recommend have a professional install your new fairing kit.
Q: What if my fairing kit arrives with defects or damages ?
A: If you receive the fairings with any defects, just email us to describe the issues, we will ship replacement free of charge, same policy if you encounter any fitment issue as well.
Q: What's your warranty & what does it cover ?
A: Our warranty covers any defect due to poor materials or craftsmanship, fading, peeling, cracking, and melting or issues with fitment. Most warranty issues can easily be handled via email.
