Our carbon fiber look Fairings for YZF-R6 2003 2004 2005/ R6S 2006 2007 2008 2009 are manufactured from A-grade virgin ABS material and sprayed in carbon fiber finish, they're not real carbon fiber fairings, just ABS material crafted and sprayed carbon fiber finish. Our carbon fiber look Fairings for YZF-R6 2003 2004 2005/R6S 2006 2007 2008 2009 are made from A-grade virgin ABS material that gives the finished fairings certain flexibility and long term resistance, manufactured with extreme care from injection molding process which guarantees an adaptation 95% equivalent to the 2003 2004 2005 YZF-R6/R6S original fairings. Unlike other vendors' fairings which are handcrafted with roughly and approximately glued mounting tabs that are laid after the production of the fairings, our fairings have all mounting tabs well integrated during the injection molding process for a better solidity and in the right spots for an easy installation. We can also fill in all the holes for lightings, mirrors, turn signals, etc to make 2003 2004 2005 YZF-R6/R6S Race Fairings. This ABS material crafted Track Fairing for YZF-R6 2003 2004 2005 is built based on street fairing, just fill in the holes for lightings, mirrors, turn signals etc. This ABS plastic race fairing has a two-piece belly pan, not an oil-container belly and is not eligible for AMA Superbike Championship. Our carbon fiber look fairings consist of three layers of ultraviolet base paint, three layers of clear coat. It comes with show quality finish with the inside of the front nose fairing painted to match the outer color to ensure a clean finish. Decals can be pre-installed on the carbon fiber look fairings, if this is required, please write instruction in the Custom/Order Notes text area. The decals that your required will be pre-applied under the clear coat.
There are 19 pieces coming with the complete fairing assembly, including the main painted cowls as shown in the displayed picture(s) and some other black trim plastics. Matching passenger seat cover is not included in this fairing kit but available at extra cost. If you find the picture(s) don't show all the claimed pieces, please no worry, you'll get all 19 pieces as well as free windscreen, tank pad, heat shield and some universal hardware.
